Sheldon has more than 15 years of experience in health care technology serving in a variety of multi-disciplinary & leadership roles. As Vice President of Technology at MaxHealth, he leads the technology infrastructure and operations team, overseeing the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the company. He is responsible for the entire IT portfolio, including digital capabilities, infrastructure, security, and application management. Sheldon is passionate about solving complex business problems and creating solutions by leveraging the right blend of technology, implementing strategic process improvements, and fostering high performance teams that deliver optimal business and patient outcomes.
Before joining MaxHealth in 2021, Sheldon served as the Director of Support Services for Optum Care, part of United Health Group, where he provided leadership for IT infrastructure and operations teams supporting 300+ locations across the United States. Prior to that, he worked for Davita Medical Group leading the company’s national IT mergers and acquisition integrations strategy for 2 years.
