MaxHealth has partnered with Phreesia to make checking in for your appointments faster and more convenient. You can now complete your check-in before your appointment using your smartphone, tablet, or computer—helping you save time when you arrive at the clinic. 

How Mobile Check-In Works 

5 days before your appointment, you’ll receive a text or email with a secure link to check in. From there, you can:

• Provide information needed for your upcoming appointment 

• Update your medical information 

• Pay your co-pay 

• Review and sign necessary forms 

To receive your mobile check-in link, your current cell phone number and email address must be on file.
