Gladymar Vrkic

As Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations, Gladymar Vrkic oversees MaxHealth facilities, ensuring the organization meets its goal of being the best integrated primary care service provider group in all its active markets. She has extensive experience establishing and developing primary care clinics, having previously founded Primary Care Associates and rapidly expanding the firm to 17 locations before merging with MaxHealth. Gladymar brings a unique background and perspective to the workplace, having decades of experience in varying facets of the managed care world and a particular expertise in high-risk bearing contracts. Her skillset makes her uniquely qualified to masterfully manage a network of decentralized sites without sacrificing the quality of care.

An accomplished executive that is passionate about optimizing operations and creating value while managing risk, Gladymar has had a lifelong interest in the healthcare industry. Inspired to help others from a young age, she got her first job as a teenager with a large insurance provider and has never turned back. She is inspired every day not only by the lives of the patients that rely on MaxHealth, but by her incredible staff that works so diligently to provide great value, remarkable outcomes and happy patients.
