As Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations, Annette Carpentiere is a results driven and strategic healthcare executive with over 12 years of experience in healthcare operations.  The majority of that time, Annette worked in value-based care leading teams focused on patient outcomes, strategic implementation, network management, vendor management, and clinic operations.

A highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for operational efficiency, and social responsibility Annette began her career working in a pharmacy as a teenager and has continuously returned to healthcare despite other professional accomplishments. Annette believes in building community with patients of MaxHealth. Our patients deserve the ability to easily access and navigate through the healthcare space.
