Martin Coulter brings with him over 30 years working in healthcare. Martin is an Operating Partner at Arsenal Capital Partners, an investor in MaxHealth. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2022, he was an Operating Partner of TPG Growth and The Rise Fund. Martin was previously the CEO of PatientsLikeMe, a personalized patient health network, and before that, was an Executive Vice President and General Manager for The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare technology and services firm, where he led their technology and software division. Earlier in his career he was CEO of a non-profit, serving families in need and the elderly with low-cost home heating oil and prescription coverage. Originally from Ireland, Martin started his career in strategy consulting.
