If you already have a patient portal account and a virtual care appointment scheduled, follow the steps below.
- Visit our Patient Portal.
- Click “Join a Televisit”.
- Enter the 12-digit code sent to your mobile device 30 minutes before your appointment start time and click “Next”.
- If you are using equipment that monitors your vital signs, enter your vitals, and click “Submit.” If you do not use home-monitoring equipment, click “Skip”.
- Follow the prompts on the screen to arrive in the virtual waiting room.
- Click “Allow” to use your device’s camera and microphone and then click “Proceed.”
- Click “Start TeleVisit” again.
- Wait for your provider to connect.
Once your provider joins, you will receive a message that asks you to allow camera and microphone access. To proceed, click “Yes, allow access,” and your appointment will begin in a separate window.
