Patient Portal Guide

If you already have a patient portal account and a virtual care appointment scheduled, follow the steps below.

1. Visit our Patient Portal.
2. Click “Join a Televisit”.
3. Enter the 12-digit code sent to your mobile device 30 minutes before your appointment start time and click “Next”.
4. If you are using equipment that monitors your vital signs, enter your vitals, and click “Submit.” If you do not use home-monitoring equipment, click “Skip”.
5. Follow the prompts on the screen to arrive in the virtual waiting room.
6. Click “Allow” to use your device’s camera and microphone and then click “Proceed.”
7. Click “Start TeleVisit” again.
8. Wait for your provider to connect.

Once your provider joins, you will receive a message that asks you to allow camera and microphone access. To proceed, click “Yes, allow access,” and your appointment will begin in a separate window.
