Healow App Access for Patients with Patient Portal Account

  • After you have a patient portal account, you may download the Healow app and access the portal from your smartphone or iPad.

Login Screen

  • You may sign in with your secure patient portal credentials or may sign in via multi-factor authentication by choosing to receive a code by text. The app will ask you to enter our company code, JAICDA and confirm MaxHealth. You will then choose a 6-digit PIN that you will utilize going forward without the need to remember your username and password.
