Will you still accept my health plan?
Yes. There are no changes regarding health insurance plans we accept. If you receive new ID cards from your health plan, please confirm that your provider is listed on your ID card the same as before. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

The same services that are available at your current physician’s office will continue to be available with added enhancements from the MaxHealth Team.
